At the helm of Archery & Co is Dane Archery.

After years working across some of New Zealand’s leading restaurants and luxury lodges, he was drawn to something more personal.

A desire not simply to reproduce dishes, but to create — with the guest at the centre of every decision. To move beyond the expected, and to deliver something that feels considered, intuitive, and entirely individual.

Archery & Co was built from that intention.
